Free shipping across Canada
Every order ships free, with tracking.

Delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery across Canada usually takes 7–12 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

No customs fees
All duties and import taxes are prepaid. The price you see at checkout is the final price, and you won't pay anything extra on delivery.

Delays
Occasionally, carriers or customs can cause delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email support@neckcurvee.com and we'll sort it out.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email support@neckcurvee.com within 12 hours of ordering so we can update it before dispatch.
